The project includes the creation of a long façade spanning some 180 meters linking the existing shopping mall to a new high-rise office building, as well as a covered pedestrian walkway all the way to the Saen Seap canal.

The tower is predominantly office space with high and low zones separated by the building’s highlight feature -- a double-height lobby and open-air terrace that act as a break-out space.

A prominent characteristic of the new tower façade are the horizontal bands of brise soleil. This not only aids energy conservation but, more importantly for the architects, aims at increasing the level of human comfort within the building. Glazed buildings tend to get uncomfortably hot at their glass facades, and these areas are thus avoided by users. These fins provide a comfortable environment, even in areas around the perimeter of the building, enabling people to sit comfortably by the window.
