One Bangkok is a fully integrated district which is designed to showcase world-class master planning and set new benchmarks in design, quality, connectivity and sustainability based on the concept of smart cities. It aims to be the first LEED Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND) Platinum project in Thailand. 

Wireless Road, historically known as the site of the first broadcast and telegraph station, is where embassies and embassy residences where originally located when foreign missions arrived in Thailand. One Bangkok comprises 9 buildings in 4 precincts, including a 430-meter signature tower set to become one of ASEAN’s ten tallest buildings, surrounding a civic plaza. There are 5 luxury hotels offering a total of 1,100 rooms, 4 retail precincts totaling over 180,000 square meters of retail space, combined office area of 500,000 square meters, over 110 ultra-luxury residential units and a culture center. These spaces are all seamlessly connected on multiple levels.

The entire district is powered by a smart infrastructure system located in a Central Utilities Plant and controlled by a District Command Center, a data center and more than 250,000 smart sensors for optimum energy efficiency. This centralized system also facilitates fast and efficient operations and maintenance. Businesses, visitors and residents also benefit from energy savings and a cleaner, healthier environment.

Almost half of the total 104-rai plot is allocated as green, open space. The civic plaza at the heart of the complex offers a venue for public festivals and events. The green spaces throughout the development are designed to be a natural extension of Lumphini Park. The vibrant synergy of this mixed-use development is designed to be inclusive and inspire participation and creativity.
