Urbitia Thong Lo is an 8-storey low-rise condominium with 130 units, located on Sukhumvit Soi 36 in the heart of the Thong Lo neighbourhood.

Despite its location in one of Bangkok's most vibrant districts, the building is designed to feel like a calm and private retreat. Guided by the concept of "Blending Nature into Architecture," greenery is woven into every level of the building, acting as a living screen that filters noise and visual clutter from the street, while framing verdant views from every unit.

The design layers the transition between inside and outside with care, from the interior of each room to the balcony, the building façade, and finally the surrounding tree line, creating a deepening sense of privacy at every step.

Trees planted along the canopy of each floor provide shade and frame a different view depending on the level with lower floors looking out through trunks and foliage, while upper floors are embraced by the canopy above. Fin screens installed on the exterior of each window deflect direct sunlight and reduce heat gain throughout the building. On the rooftop, a generous garden provides shade for the building and a lush communal space for residents to enjoy. Skylights cut into the roof draw natural light down into the central courtyard, reducing the need for artificial lighting in shared areas. Finally, a passive ventilation system built into the roof structure allows heat to escape naturally, keeping the building cooler without the need for additional energy.
