This 36-story residential tower on Sathorn Road in the heart of Bangkok is accessible from the Bangkok Mass Transit System sky train and elevated expressway. The tower consists of 208 residential units: 145 units from the 15th to the 36th floor are for sale, and 63 units from the 8th to the 14th floor are serviced apartments. Common areas include the reception hall, restaurant, tennis court, mini basketball court, squash, physical fitness, aerobic room, swimming pool with jet whirlpool, locker with sauna, playground, and the business center. The common areas are visually exposed to the exterior by a 14-meter-high glazed curtain wall; the rest of the faade is clad with a composition of laminated glass, precast concrete, and aluminum louvers. The tower can be divided into three parts. First is the lower seven floors, with a front faade in glazed curtain wall, and aluminum louvers wrapping the rear parking space. Second, the residential units span from the 8th floor to the 36th floor, where vertical columns interweave with the horizontal bands of louvers and balustrades. Third is the overhanging roof, supported with pairs of tilted columns to lighten the visual massing of the tower top. Together, they form a remarkable edifice that embraces the Bangkok skyline along with Urbana Sukhumvit 15 and Urbana Langsuan.
