This 36-story residential tower on Sathorn Road in the heart of Bangkok is accessible from the Bangkok Mass Transit System sky train and elevated expressway.

The tower consists of 208 residential units: 145 units from the 15th to the 36th floor are private residences, while 63 units from the 8th to the 14th floor are serviced apartments.

A reception hall, restaurant and business center are located in the common area, while the recreational facilities include a tennis court, mini basketball court, squash court, fitness center, aerobic studio, swimming pool with a jet whirlpool, a sauna and a playground.

These common areas are visually exposed to the exterior by a 14-meter-high glazed curtain wall. The rest of the façade is clad with a composition of laminated glass, precast concrete, and aluminum louvers.

The design of the tower is visually divided into three zones. The first seven floors are the first zone, with a glazed curtain wall as the front façade and aluminum louvers enveloping the rear parking space. Second, the residential units from the 8th floor to the 36th floor, where vertical columns interweave with the horizontal bands of louvers and balustrades.

Finally, the overhanging roof, supported with pairs of tilted columns, lightens the visual mass of the tower top. Together, they form a remarkable edifice that embraces the Bangkok skyline along with Urbana Sukhumvit 15 and Urbana Langsuan.
