Fuse Mobius condominium complex is designed to offer as much green space and recreational area as possible. This was achieved by separating the three residential towers from the 3-storey parking block, thus freeing up 65% of ground area.

Walkways linking the residences, parking, gardens and recreation facilities provide convenient access to and from all areas of the complex.

The Clubhouse – where the fitness center, 50-meter swimming pool and other recreational areas can be found – sits atop the parking block. A 500-meter long, mobius-shaped jogging track loops around these recreational areas, offering a great outdoor exercise atmosphere, all supporting the physical wellbeing of urban living.

Minimalist façade design is translated into focus on creating a comfortable living experience within each residential unit. The configuration and east-west orientation of the buildings ensure minimal direct sunlight and optimum breeze to all units, thus successfully reducing heat retention within the building. This passive energy conservation design facilitates energy efficiency.
