Athenee Place is located in the heart of Bangkok, on Wireless Road. Established in the late 1990s, it has continued to develop, catering to the demands of local and international business.

The project consists of three components: a 38-story office tower with three floors of retail, meeting rooms, and an 800-square-meter grand ballroom; a 41-story condominium with 219 residential units including seven penthouses; and the existing Athenee Plaza hotel.

With the aim to promote green urban spaces, a verdant center court is incorporated into the design, linking the three main buildings to the recreation area on the seventh floor of the residential building. An open-space garden surrounds all three buildings.

The residential tower embraces the language of Art Deco architecture, integrated with the lines of the existing hotel. The tower’s signature swooping roofline is inspired by the hand gesture of classical Thai dance. While the figurative hand evokes a sense of protection for residents, the gentle curve offers a soft counterpoint to the tower’s linear and vertical dynamism.
