Motor image Subaru Thailand has achieved a milestone in Thailand with its first 3S Center, aimed at enhancing market appreciation via an integrated combination of showroom/service/spare parts (3S). The center is a world-class car facility offering not only a showroom, but additional functions such as a delivery room, demonstration area, and test track

The center benefits from the rather narrow and long site. The test track takes advantage of the entire length of the site, allowing slalom and speed driving to be efficiently tested. Following the city planning requirement, the center is spilt into two buildings. The three-story front building occupies most of the site’s width. Housed in the first floor are the reception counter, the hexagonal special car gallery, the technological and accessory showcase, and a connection to the service center at the rear building. The second floor contains the main showroom, where 12 cars can be comfortably displayed, the training room, and the customer lounge area that overlooks the test track at the back of the site, allowing visitors to see the performance of the cars and to hear the roar of the engines. The second floor is connected by the void and continuous staircase to the third floor, where administration and sale offices are located with visual access to the main showroom area. While the rear building occupies less than half of the width, it stretches more than 100 meters along the length of the site, leaving the rest of the land for the test track. Accessed through of driveway underneath the front building, this long building houses the service counter, spare parts warehouse, and 12 service bays.
