Located in the heart of the Ratchadaphisek district, this building has been carefully designed to sit harmoniously within its urban surroundings. The façade faces the main street directly, and the building's height is divided into two stepped volumes that give it a sense of balance, despite its impressive scale.

The most distinctive feature of the design is a series of continuous horizontal lines that run across the entire building. Echoing the architectural language of neighbouring buildings, these lines flow unbroken from the top of the building all the way down to street level, giving the whole structure a sense of order and visual unity.

At the main entrance, a sweeping curved canopy extends outward from the building, providing shade and shelter from the rain along the full length of the arrival pathway and drop-off area. It sets a welcoming tone from the very first moment of arrival.

Despite its size and the wide variety of spaces contained within, greenery has been woven throughout every level of the building, ensuring that no matter which floor residents or guests find themselves on, nature is never far away.

At street level, gardens wrap around the front of the building, bringing a refreshing natural outlook to the lobby and retail areas. On the 8th floor, landscaping surrounds the swimming pool and communal spaces, creating a tranquil retreat above the city. And at the top of the lower block on the 27th floor, a quiet rooftop garden reserved exclusively for residents offers a private escape from the bustle below while also helping to keep the floors beneath it naturally cooler.
