Emerging in the heart of the city on the 4.8 hectares of land plot, King Power Complex comprises itself with 4 components which included 12,000 sq.m. of Duty Free Mall Sale area, Theatre of 570 seats and dinning facility, King Power headquarter and 388 rooms of 4 stars hotel.

The entire complex sits on the basement parking floor which would accommodates approximately one thousand cars. The planning of the complex is divided to two compartment which is first the duty free mall, theatre and office, and second, the hotel. The two compartments are well connected by the inner boulevard which is well performed by line of trees, texturized path and calmness of water pond and well as drop off canopy strip that can welcome 4-5 coaches at the same time while 40 coaches is on the line waiting in the shade underneath the building at the back side of the complex.

Crown Atrium: Not only to be the center core of circulation but also, the crown atrium is designed to express the rich cultural heritage of Thailand as well as modernization of the country. Inspire by the craft, the motif, the pattern of ancient Thai’s goldware, the crown atrium’s elements are well engineered with high technology to search for the equilibrium among the construction method, the energy, the light and temperature condition and construction cost.  With its scale and context condition, the crown atrium will eventually become dominator of the area and might as well become another symbol of Bangkok and its region.
Hotel: With 388 guestrooms, Pullman King Power hotel occupies the tower of twenty one storeys on the south wing and the six floor of L-shape low-rise on the west and north gathering around the grand inner open courtyard. On the first level guestrooms are especially provided with the intimated touch of the long and narrow lotus pond which amplifies the sense of oriental living by the water.

From the inner boulevard, Pullman King Power Hotel welcomes guests with the colonnade arrival courtyard to define the tranquility border. Dropped off under the shade of rain tree, guests are led to the grand lobby which is connected to banquet hall and visually the glimpse of the minor inner courtyard, where all day dining and lobby lounge are served. On the upper floor the glazed edge swimming pool is over hanged to the grand courtyard while spa, meeting function and Asian fusion food restaurant are also arrayed around.

Pullman King Power is intentionally design and carefully treated as resort like hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Design breaks through the line of typical urban hospitality to resort like hotel by lavishly expanding large open space area such as the central courtyard amidst the complex which locates waterscape and ample local plantings. Natural light diffuses through trellis and shading screens also amplify tropical ambient to most of the public areas.
